Truepress

Our TruePress 344 is A3 four colour press incorporating the very latest digital imaging and plate technology, plus state-of-the-art automation and print quality control. It uses a conventional wet offset process, flexibility is enhanced by using thermal plates that are exposed within the press in just 5 minutes. The perfect solution for small to medium print runs!

Digital

Our Konica Minolta bizhub PRO C5501 press is capable of producing high quality, short run, quick turnaround and variable data print.Our Digital replicates a much nearer to Litho finish using wax toners to achieve a much flatter result where as before our old Digital used to produce an oily glossy finish. We are able to print on weights of 100gsm - 300gsm, as well as bond labels and other pre-cut labels. Our Digital also includes Next-generation Simitri® HD Colour Polymerized Toner technology with smaller particle size for ultra-fine image detail.

Finishing

We have a vast finishing department with a wide variety of in-house machinery. We take advantage of having some of the best finishing equipment in the market. Having our in-house finishing department gives us the ability to work to the highest standards and to the tightest of deadlines with full control of all aspects of production. Our highly experienced finishing team understand quality finishing makes all the difference and take great care with every item produced, allowing our clients to have a quality first class finish to every job.
